However, when it comes to freight shipping, the process operates a bit differently. Freight shipments typically involve larger items that require transportation via semi-trucks or box trucks. If you do discover any damage, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours, along with accompanying photographs. If you sign for the package in good condition and do not report any damage within 48 hours, you accept ownership of the items in their current condition.
