It's worth noting that these shipments don't necessitate a signature and are commonly left at doorsteps for your convenience.
However, when it comes to freight shipping, the process operates a bit differently. Freight shipments typically involve larger items that require transportation via semi-trucks or box trucks. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, freight carriers will reach out to you using the contact number provided during checkout. This call is meant to establish a convenient appointment window for delivery, which will be scheduled once the product arrives at the nearest terminal. Typical transit times for freight shipments range between 2 to 7 days, contingent on your location and accessibility.
Please keep in mind that all freight shipping is classified as curbside delivery. This signifies that the drivers are not mandated to go beyond this point. In the unlikely event that your product has clear visual damage, we kindly request that you refuse the delivery. Should you observe any damage to the packaging and not sure about the product inside, please make a note of it on the signed delivery slip and unpackage the boxes promptly to inspect for any concealed damage. If you do discover any damage, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours, along with accompanying photographs. If you sign for the package in good condition and do not report any damage within 48 hours, you accept ownership of the items in their current condition.
