The Fire Magic Aurora A830I natural gas and charcoal combo combines the simplicity of grilling over gas with the fantastic flavor of cooking over charcoal. The combined cooking surface is 828 square inches allowing you the room to cook for large groups. The main burners in the gas grill put out 50,000 BTUs or 126 BTU's per square inch. The optional heavy duty rotisserie includes a back burner which produces another 16,000 BTU's which is more than enough to meet your slow spit roasting needs.
The charcoal grill has a 432 square inch main cooking area. The 26,000 BTU's starter burner makes using lighter fluid or other starters a thing of the past. You will be up and cooking in no time with when you use this fast start feature. You no longer have to worry about running out of charcoal as you can always finish cooking your food over gas. The adjustable height charcoal pan make controlling the heat a breeze. Bring it up high so you can sear those steaks or drop it down low so that you can slow cook long meats like brisket and pork butts. The large access door makes it easy to add more charcoal or wood chunks. Using wood chunks is so much easier than chips. No longer do you have to mess with soaking them and putting them in a box. Just open the door and throw in a couple of chunks, you will be smoking in no time.
