Enjoy a 630 square inch main cooking surface with lasting double-sided cast stainless steel cooking grids. One side has a gentle curve for delicate items such as fish and vegetables, while the other side accommodates steaks and other cuts of meat, capturing grease while creating perfect sear lines. This patented system effectively channels grease and oil away from the flame while grilling, which greatly reduces flare-ups. The 14,000 BTU infrared rear burner functions perfectly for infrared grilling, and the included rotisserie kit can accommodate up to 50 lbs! The smoker tray features a dedicated 3,500 BTU burner for added cooking perfection.
