Blaze 20 Inch Cast Aluminum Kamado Grill

Had a Char Broil grill which lasted about 7 years until things started to fall apart. Was thinking of upping my cooking skills which also included better grills. Started thinking ONE GRILL to do everything which was not possible with my new cooking workflow. Rather than buy one expensive grill, I chose the Route of TWO grills. Both I went with BLAZE due to the positive reviews I have had from various companies and also one NON-BIASED web site that saw this product with potential based on their minor minor repairs on them. Word of advice. Do your homework. Plan out your goals and objectives on cooking before buying. I bought the LTE 32 4 burner and the Kamado ... knowing the LTE had most features like the Pro Series except the Burners and Kamado was so rugged, I felt like I could not go wrong with these two purchases. Made a BBQ cut short ribs which I wont do again on the LTE 32. I have a couple electric grills for thin cut meats. Did spent yesterday 6 hours on cooking TWO Beef Chuck pieces on the LTE 4 Burner (Slow Cook) and WOW ... that was really delicious. But I will not do that on the LTE again because it is GAS and I planned the Kamado for SLOW COOKING. As with the NEW GRILLS come a NEW Learning curve with my cooking and understanding consistent grill and meat temps and what is worthwhile to what I have. My workflow is based on TWO CONCEPTS - Electric Cooking - Thin Cuts, Gas Cooking - Seered fast - move to low burn of the grill and Kamado - SLOW COOKING for something extra special. If you see what I am talking about ... You can see why I went with TWO GRILLS instead of one. Next weekend ... 15 lb Beef Brisket on the Kamado while I will be sleeping.
