BBQ Island 100% cherry wood pellets use nothing other than pure natural wood fiber, no fillers or oils of any kind ever. Made of pure cherry wood, our manufacturer uses round logs harvested through the Master Logger Program to ensure only forest over-growth materials are used. All the trees are debarked, or with bark depending on the desired product, and ground into a fine fiber. The finished material is dried, tempered and then compressed into wood pellets under optimal pressure to ensure proper burn and smoke characteristics.
