This Alfresco Versa Power™ natural gas cooker offers 400 to 65,000 BTUs of power for total heat control. This cooker has a unique, specially designed super heavy-duty spider grate can handle from smallest of saucepans, and up to a 100 quart stock pot. 

It has  a unique individually controlled double burner system and the brass center burner adjusts from 400 to 20,000 BTUs. This cooker has a stainless steel outer tube burner adjusts from 5000 to 45,000 BTUs. The Versa Power™ has a 5/16” diameter stainless steel spider grate with removable trivet.
