The American-built Aurora series has welded stainless steel construction for durability, but it also catches the eye with its clean appearance and “tear-drop” double-lined hood. Just like the more expensive Echelon series, this grill features an advanced “hot surface” ignition to make lighting a snap, a contoured control panel, and built-in digital thermometer with meat probes. With 12” of firebox room (top to bottom), Aurora can utilize convection cooking which is a more efficient way of cooking.
