Mesquite Wood Chunks - 2/3 Cu Ft

Mesquite wood imparts the strongest flavor of any woods we offer. Since it is so powerful you need to be careful not use to much when smoking with it. Our favorite use is to add a couple of chunks to your charcoal grill when you first put your food on. It makes for a great burger and brats. It is important to use only dried Mesquite wood, because green wood will make your food taste bitter. That is why we only ship properly dried Mesquite.
