Maple Wood Chunks - 1/2 Cu Ft

While similar to Alder, maple is mildly smoky and sweeter than most woods. It works well with poultry, ham and vegetables. Some may find it too sweet by itself and mix it with Alder, Apple or Oak to round out smoke flavor.
