Many times when I cook a good sized brisket, I have left overs. At times
it can get boring eating the same thing over and over, so I decided to
try and give the brisket a completely different flavor.
What I came up with, was a simple delicious meal.
Ingredients:
Place brisket, soy sauce, water, garlic, rice wine vinegar and Sriracha sauce into crockpot.

Cook on high for 1 hour and then reduce to medium heat. Stir occasionally. Let it cook for another a hour. At this point, a lot of the fat had rendered and separated from the meat. I fished out most of the pieces of loose fat and gave them to my dog. Start cooking your rice. About 10 minutes before you are going to serve the meal, add the broccoli to the crockpot. Serve over natural brown rice.

It tastes as good as it looks!
