Perfect for any commercial kitchen, it is larger in size to accomodate for more cooking area. You have the choice of the Terra Cotta or Tuscan color oven. Forno de Pizza uses the lightest and latest technology in the manufacturing process. It weighs around 350lbs. and can be easily taken apart and transported to various locations. Accessories:

The Steel Door FPA-05 with the handle and thermometer. Helps snuff out the fire as well as retain heat for high temperatures or increase smoke flavor.
The Grilling Rack FPA-04 gives you a variety of options for grilling. Steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, vegetables, the possibilities are endless. Custom design to fit inside the Forno de Pizza oven with enough room for a drip pan on the bottom and enough room on top for flipping of food.
Outdoor Cover for The Villa Series FPA-07 This cover protects the oven from rain, snow, and sun. Custom fitted, from top of oven to hearth; stylish and well-constructed. It repels water and lets the oven breath. It comes in black only. Magnets are stitched in corners to hold cover to hearth plate.
The Safety Cover FPA-08 is a 3 layer carbon fiber cover that can be applied to the oven while the oven is in operation. A patented material, specially designed by Forno de Pizza llc, this is a must if you wish to have a safe-to touch oven and if you wish to retain a more efficient heat during colder weather. This cover is safe enough for a baby�s skin and strong enough to be in contact with extremely hot surfaces.
