The Steel Door FPA-05 with the handle and thermometer. Helps snuff out the fire as well as retain heat for high temperatures or increase smoke flavor.
The Grilling Rack FPA-04 gives you a variety of options for grilling. Steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, vegetables, the possibilities are endless. Custom design to fit inside the Forno de Pizza oven with enough room for a drip pan on the bottom and enough room on top for flipping of food.
Outdoor Cover for The Villa Series FPA-07 This cover protects the oven from rain, snow, and sun. Custom fitted, from top of oven to hearth; stylish and well-constructed. It repels water and lets the oven breath. It comes in black only. Magnets are stitched in corners to hold cover to hearth plate.
The Safety Cover FPA-08 is a 3 layer carbon fiber cover that can be applied to the oven while the oven is in operation. A patented material, specially designed by Forno de Pizza llc, this is a must if you wish to have a safe-to touch oven and if you wish to retain a more efficient heat during colder weather. This cover is safe enough for a baby’s skin and strong enough to be in contact with extremely hot surfaces.
