The unique burner system has 3 cast stainless steel E Burners that put out 26,000 BTU's each and the removable zone dividers allow you to create up to three independent cooking zones. Because the burners are 4x thicker than most other burners, they come warrantied for life. The innovative hot surface ignition system insures that it lights every time, even under the worst conditions. The built-in LCD digital meat and grill thermometer has 3 sensors inside the grill so you know the temperature each zone as well as a stainless steel meet probe to which reads the temperature of whatever you are cooking. The hood is spring assisted so that all it takes is one finger to open or close. Add one or more charcoal baskets and turn your gas grill into a hardwood charcoal grill that is lit by gas. The 12" deep firebox , tall hood and shallow depth back burner lets you rotisserie cook food up to 20" in diameter.
