The charcoal grill has a 432 square inch main cooking area. The 26,000 BTU's starter burner makes using lighter fluid or other starters a thing of the past. You will be up and cooking in no time with when you use this fast start feature. You no longer have to worry about running out of charcoal as you can always finish cooking your food over gas. The adjustable height charcoal pan make controlling the heat a breeze. Bring it up high so you can sear those steaks or drop it down low so that you can slow cook long meats like brisket and pork butts. The large access door makes it easy to add more charcoal or wood chunks. Using wood chunks is so much easier than chips. No longer do you have to mess with soaking them and putting them in a box.
