The removable heat dividers allow you to create up to three truly independent cooking zones. The built-in LCD digital meat and grill thermometer has 3 sensors inside the grill so you know the temperature each zone as well as a stainless steel meet probe to which reads the temperature of whatever you are cooking. The hood is spring assisted so that all it takes is one finger to open or close. Add one or more charcoal baskets and turn your E790i into a hardwood charcoal grill that is lit by gas.
