Nine
time national BBQ champion Chris Marks is coming out to teach a couple
of BBQ classes. The first class will cover one of the best cuts of
meat, the loin. The second class is one of his most popular, briskets
and butts.
Topics will include cuts of meat, preparation, finishing techniques,
marinades & rubs, cook times and temperatures and fuels. He is a bit
of legend in BBQ circles and his classes always sell out, so get your
