Pizza, pizza, pizza. We've been getting tons of requests for another Wood Fired Pizza cooking class, so the Chef Brothers are back in action with the BBQ Island pizza oven. Next Thursday, Chefs J & Gare will once again unveil all their pizza secrets; from proofing your own dough, to the perfect roasted tomato sauce. They'll spend all afternoon diligently preparing toppings using fresh seasonal ingredients, just so you can show up at six and create the perfect gourmet pizza. This time the Chefs are bringing a whole new pizza lineup: cheese steak pizza, calzones, and even orange chocolate cream puff... Unbelievable! Due to the interactive nature of the class we're limiting the number to the first 12 sign-ups. Cost of the class is $59 per person.
