High Heat Charcoal Fire Grate for Medium Green Egg
The upgrade kit includes two components. A High temperature Nomex gasket and a stainless steel fire grate. These two items combined will improve the performance of your egg.
The gasket is made from high-heat Nomex felt that will outlast the flimsy wool gaskets sold by the manufacturer. This gasket is the only Nomex gasket with a high-temperature adhesive backing strip, which makes installation a breeze. No messy spray adhesives or disassembling your grill as required by other brands.
The High-Que stainless steel fire grate upgrade is designed to improve the performance of your Big Green Egg. The wire grid design allows more airflow to the charcoal and will not clog with ash like the many small holes on the original fire grate.
