BBQ Island's premium wood pellets are perfect for your catering service or restaurant. They are packaged in 20 lb bags and you can purchase either a 1/2 pallet (50 bags = 1,000 lbs) or a full pallet (100 bags = 2,000 lbs). A full pallet costs $11.99/bag and a half pallets costs $13.99/bag.

These pellets will work in any pellet smoker or grill, including Traeger, Memphis, Green Mountain Grills and Fast Eddys.

Nothing other than pure natural wood fiber is used in all of our pellets. We use no fillers or oils of any kind in our products.  Our manufacturer uses round logs harvested through the Master Logger program to ensure only over forest growth materials are used. All the trees are debarked/or with bark depending on the product and ground into a fine fiber at a predetermined size. The finished material is dried/tempered and compressed into a typical 40-44lb density wood pellet. This process produces a smoking wood product of consistent quality. Pellets are easy to use since you do not soak in water prior to use. It's easy to blend wood flavors with pellets and easily repeat successful cooking results.
