The 400 Series 42 Inch built-in charcoal grill features all 304 stainless, 18 gauge construction. You are able to raise and lower the adjustable charcoal tray to help regulate the temperature on the stainless steel cooking grate. The ash dump pan slides out and the front door opens so you can clean or add charcoal for extended cooking times.
