AQ-DM-2BX is a Waterproof locker for you iPod or MP3 player. It protects your iPod and MP3 players form dust and water intrusion. It boasts a 200 watt (50 x 4) Digital Amplifier with low current draw. The DM-2BX also offers a FM radio tuner. The unit is operated by a radio frequency (RF) remote that give you full control of your iPod and full display of the FM radio stations. With MP3 units it controls the volume only. The AQ-DM-2BX remote control has a 12 volt trigger that can turn on accessories like lights and other peripherals. With a 20 foot range and not having to be in sight of the unit you are in full control. The DM-2B is in a Black mate finish. A wire harness for the DM-2 is required and is to be purchased separately. You can use the UNH-1 or UNH-2 which are both compatible harnesses for this unit. Offering a RCA preamp output, so you can add an external amplifier is a must have.
