This device is ingenius. It provides a simple way to turn almost any smoker into a cold smoker. You can now "Cold Smoke" meat, fish and cheese in your regular smoker. It will burn sawdust or wood pellets and lasts for 9+ hours on a single load. I have learned that many people also use this to add extra smoke when using a pellet smoker.
