We offer a large selection of grill and smoker rental units. Get your next event off to a great start with food cooked on one of our smokers. We have many sizes of smokers that can handle anywhere from a few people to a few hundred people. Even if you are unfamiliar with cooking on a smoker and just want to try it out, we have a solution for you. We will even give you instructions on how to cook whatever food you plan on preparing.
The Good One - Ponderosa Smoker - $250 a weekend
The Ponderosa features two Rodeo smoker/grillls mounted on a trailer for portability. This unit provides plenty of cooking space for catering, competition smokers, bachelor parties, weddings and tailgating. The Pit Boss has the space to cook 24 slabs of ribs flat, 16 pork butts, 8 briskets or a ridiculous amount of chicken. This unit features a removable trailer hitch so you don't bruise your shins up while cooking on it.
Cookshack FEC500 - $200 a day
The FEC500 gets up to temp in 10 to 15 minutes, features electronically-controlled heat, and an amazing 15 minute heat recovery time. The FEC500 uses 100% food grade wood pellets, which provide pure wood smoke flavor, economically. Ash is cold and is removed by the cupful, rather than the trash-can-full. No more risk of dumpster fires! Because it is 100% wood burning, you won't get gas fumes passing over your meat, which means a much better tasting product than you can get with gas-fired pits. NSF and USDA approved.
Green Mountain Grills - Daniel Boone - $50 a day
The Daniel Boone pellet grill comes with a digital control, a meat probe, a peaked lid for stand-up chicken / large fowl / rib racks, a convenience tray with utensil hooks, hard rubber tires. and a venturi-style firebox for cyclone combustion. It also has Sense-Mate - a circuit-board-mounted thermal sensor which measures ambient temperature and kicks the grill into "turbo' mode in cold weather so that you do not have to wait long for the grill to heat up in winter. Other features include a positive pressure hopper fan to prevent burn-back, "fan only" mode with automatic shut-off to blow ash out of the firebox after you finish grilling, a 27" X 16" (432 square inches) stainless steel grate, and 13.5" clearance inside.
