 Our Pitmaster Bam Bam & the BBQ Island Competition Team hit a hot streak. A Reserve Grand Champion finish in last month's Arizona BBQ Festival Rib Throwdown was immediately followed by Bam Bam's Grand Champion finish at the "Best Dam BBQ Championship" in Boulder City, Nevada. If you've ever been to the store, then you know Bam Bam loves to talk all things BBQ. For all the Fathers out there, he's going to do two classes on June 23rd & June 24th here at the store. Bam Bam's BBQ Basics will cover the Big Four meats, with a Chicken n' Ribs Class on Saturday, followed by a Brisket n' Butt Class on Sunday. Whether you're a beginner or a competition cook, Bam Bam will cover a full range of his signature BBQ tips, so there's something for everyone. He will feature wood burning, pellet, and charcoal smokers! You'll also be treated to BBQ for breakfast, because how can you learn anything about BBQ if you don't eat it! Class starts early, so plan on being at the store by 7:45. Coffee and donuts for all you early risers! Sign up for both classes or just one, remember classes are limited to 15 seats each.
