November 5th, BBQ Island is doing Turkey; all things Turkey!
We're hosting our 2nd Annual Turkey Fest. What's a Turkey Fest? It's a
gathering of BBQ cooks who exchange ideas, recipes and samples of their
best holiday turkey recipe. Grilled turkey, smoked turkey, roasted
turkey, even deep fried turkey. We'll have amateur cooks handing out
samples of their "best bird," as well as a turkey cooking class with 9
time Grand Champion Chris Marks. One afternoon, and you'll learn
everything about cooking turkey. Cost of the event is $15 a person, but
you can pre-purchase them for only $10. There are also limited spots
available for
cooks, so please contact BBQ Island, if you'd like to sign up as a
cook.
